Is there a cost associated with being a vendor for NM&C?

FREE... FREE... FREE... there is absolutely NO cost at all to be a vendor for NM&C.

NM&C is very similar to a General Contractor. We locate qualified vendors for our customers projects. Our customer pays us and then we disperse the payment to the vendor. There is NO fee involved on the vendor side as the customer pays all fees involved.

How often will I be paid?

  • Depending on the customer, service is being provided for, services are paid anywhere between NET 30 and NET 45 upon completion of the work and submittal of all required paperwork.
  • We do occasionally pay for services upon completion.
  • For larger projects, a schedule of progress payments are negotiated before the project starts / during the bidding phase.

Do I need to submit invoices to you after each work order is completed?

Yes, all work order will require a separate invoice.

Are pictures and sign offs required for all completed work orders?

  • BEFORE &  AFTER pictures are required for all completed work.
  • Sign offs are typically required however sometimes you will service a vacant facility in turn your work order will specify that a sign off is NOT required.

My company provides many different services/trades/products, how do I let you know about these additional services?

All registered vendors have access to the vendor portal where they can update the services and products offered at anytime.

What types of training are offered by NM&C?

Recorded webinars have been created for all sections and can be watched via the knowledge base as well as a link right from the section in question.

Additional training is being developed all the time. Feel free to create a support case requesting a specific training you are interested in.

NM&C enjoys giving back to both the community and our vendors, with more than just training for the portal. Need additional training etc.. let us know and we might just be able to help.
